Goodbye, Dear Grandpa
I love you so much, Grandpa. I miss you already and I can't wait to see you again. Thank you for being a precious Grandpa. This little girl couldn't have wished for more, except more time with you. Even though I am weeping, I am excited because I know you are healthy again and your body suffers no longer. I will love you forever, I promise.

Which way did the Koons family choose this year?

Yes, after a number of weather searches to various cities in the USA, the Koons family chose the East Coast because temperatures would not reach 90. In other words, we got as far away from sticky Indiana heat and humidity as we could!
Random observation: East Coasters are not given to superfluous advertising. Here are a few examples of to-the-point retail which have been amusing:
Eat n' Park restaurant
Dunkin' Doughnuts (They really are everywhere)
Stop & Shop grocery
Nice n' Clean carwash
Off to the beach! Ok, not really but sounds nice, right?

Wedding Photos
The photographer has uploaded some of Megan and Kc's photos on his blog. They're gorgeous!She's a Yellow Rose?
Some friends from San Antonio came to Indianapolis for Megan's wedding. While they were here, they worked to make Meredith a Texan. They brought her a cowgirl dress and taught her to say "Hook 'Em Horns!"

If Happy Little Bluebirds Fly, Why Can't I?
Part of the life maturation process is learning how to cope. Time doesn't always allow you the absorption and reflection you wish, because the next thing on the list is impatiently waiting to be ex-ed. It's all about functioning thoughtfully while multi-tasking. Mothers, you are an inspiration.If I had all the time in the world, I would write long about the mission trip to Pittsburgh and how it has impacted my world. But since my maid-of-honor speech is still in a nebulous thought-process only, I must leave with saying only that it was fantastic.
Time. A Balancing Act. Life. A Crazy Circus.
I hope I get the hang of it someday.
